WhatsApp Communication
We use WhatsApp as a direct way to communicate with clients who prefer messaging over phone calls or email. If you message us on WhatsApp, or provide a mobile number that we later use to start a conversation there, we hold that number and the content of our conversation for as long as needed to support your enquiry or treatment.
WhatsApp is owned by Meta, and messages sent through the platform are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and encryption policies. Please avoid sending sensitive medical photographs or documents over WhatsApp unless we have specifically asked you to as part of an ongoing consultation.
